Mood: not sure
I have never done this before, I thought I would give it a try.
I want my life back and I am going to take it one week at a time.
My Goal
-Lose 30lbs
-Eat heathier
-More physical activity
-Save Money
-Organize my house/keep clean
-Take care of myself/put myself first
-Be more positive in life
I have tried different ways of getting myself back together but always gave up. I need to do this, but I need help. My start date is next week July 26th,10. If you have any suggestions or ideas that would be great!
