Mood: not sure
So I have never done this before, but thought I would give it a try.
My plan is to get my life back together in 23 weeks (new years). I am not even sure where to start. The only thing i know is that i have to do it.
My list
-lose 30lbs
-Eat Heathier
-More physical activity
-Save Money
-Organize my house/keep it clean
-Build my relationship
-Take care of myself
-Be more positive in life
I have tried mulptiple times before and for some reason always gave up(lazy), I dont want to this time but i need help! I want my old self back again before it gets any worse. My Start date is next week July 26th,10. Any ideas or suggestions to get me going?
